    This is the 1939 performance, not "1938." It sounds wonderful in this transfer from 78s, better than I've heard it before. Thank you!

    1. Oops - my typo for 1939....the other details are correct.
      This is my slightly earlier set - quieter shellac - but some faint traces of previous play.
      (I do leave scope for folks to use a bit more 'de-click' without too much damage...)

    1. Hello Jim, Have just tested the last side of Koussevitzky's 1935 Sibelius Sym.2 - appears to be very fine (no 'wear'/quiet-surfaced)- a 1937 set - so will try to upload that + the 1939 Tapiola, as the Boston SO sounded really superb.
